Our family room "Simsalabim" is the ideal retreat for 2–4 people and combines modern comfort with cozy Alpine charm. The bright room on the 2nd floor offers a comfortable double bed and a bunk bed for two more guests, as well as a private bathroom with shower. Additional comfort is provided by a Nespresso capsule machine, a small refrigerator, a kettle, and a TV. On the balcony with breathtaking mountain views, you can enjoy the fresh Alpine air. After an active day, the sauna in the house is available for relaxation. A special highlight: The valley station for Austria's largest ski area, Ski Arlberg, is located directly across the street – so in winter you can be on the slopes in just a few minutes. In summer, you'll find countless hiking and cycling trails right on your doorstep. Please note that breakfast is already included in the price of your accommodation. You can enjoy it between 7:30 and 10:00 AM at the Wälder Metzg, located in the neighboring house. Free parking spaces are available directly at the house, making your arrival as convenient as possible. The "Simsalabim" family room is thus the perfect accommodation for your vacation at Arlberg – any time of year.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Zimmer und mit der Gondel Nähe. Die Qualität des Frühstücks fand ich überragend (vielleicht andere Brötchen/ aber das ist nörgeln auf höchstem Niveau) Zurück zum Haus, Parkplätze Sauna Ski Raum Zimmer alles prima. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln auf dem Zimmer/ super Service Kommen gerne wieder Grüße
Preis Leistung ist hier wirklich top! Ist alles genauso so wie beschrieben und das Frühstück ist auch super.
Super einfacher und flexibler Check In. Schöne Wohnung und schöner Welnessbereich. Frühstück war richtig gut.
