Our vacation rental "Zaubersee" accommodates up to 10 people and is ideal for families and groups who want to combine comfort with alpine flair. You'll find a spacious living and dining area with a sofa bed, which opens onto a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom. The kitchen features a coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all essential utensils, making shared meals after an active day a true pleasure. Behind the living room, a hallway leads to two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, conveniently accessible from there. In total, the apartment offers three bedrooms (double bed, double bed with bunk bed, two single beds) and thus flexible sleeping arrangements for larger groups. On the balcony with magnificent mountain views, you can enjoy a spectacular sunset every evening. After an active day, you decide whether to spend the evening relaxing with television or unwinding in the in-house sauna. A special highlight: The Warth am Arlberg village cable car is just a few minutes away – and takes you directly to Austria's largest ski area, Ski Arlberg. In summer, numerous hiking and cycling trails start right at your doorstep. Free parking directly at the house makes your arrival hassle-free. ✅ Die Lage ist grandios. Vom Haus aus konnte ich den Lift sehen. Vom Skikeller bis zur Dorfbahn sind es ein paar Meter zu Fuß. Morgens schnell auf die Piste und Abends direkt in die Sauna. So muss Skifahren. Das Haus hat einen warmen Charakter. Die Zimmer sind sehr wertig eingerichtet und sauber. Der digitale Check-In und Check-out war super komfortabel. Da kommen wir gerne wieder!
